"So, Bitsy, Where do you summa?"

For those of you who don't recognize the quote in the title, it is from my favorite "Friends" episode; the one where Phoebe meets Mike's rich parents and wants to impress them.  It makes me laugh every time I think of it.

If I could "summa" anywhere in the world, it would be in France.  While I won't get to spend the entire summer there, I am, Lord willing, going to be able to spend an entire month in the beautiful French countryside in the hamlet of Baran.

I have been obsessed with all things French for most of my life.  My maiden name is Reneau, which is French.  Maybe that's where it started.  Maybe it's just my style.

Whatever the reason, this trip is my dream come true.
