Mediterranean Sea

Tired of the rain, we decided to head to the beaches of the South of France. It was a long drive, but worth it for some much needed sunshine.  We stopped along the "strip" to pick up some beach mats and towels.  We found a public beach, parked and walked along the brown pebbly beach.  The water was cold so we didn't get in too deep.  There weren't many people on the beach this early in the year.  Unbeknownst to us, on France's public beaches, tops are optional.  On one side of us, there was an older Asian lady and on the other side, a pregnant woman who each had chosen that option.   Awkward for us.  After a sunny day on the beautiful beach, we were ready to seek out to find a great beachside dinner.
